I have known Casey Cavell since January, 2009. He purchased Spring Valley Mini-Warehouse Complex from us and the sale was closed on the 24th of March, 2009.This was a contract sale. Negotiations for this sale started in January, 2009. I had come to know Casey Cavell fairly well during the time the sale was closed.
Before the negotiations started we checked out his credit scores and the background and it was satisfactory. All negotiations were up front and open. Casey Cavell was reliable and dependable and easily approachable. The down payment was significant and there was no financing problem with the down payment. He had the finances for the down payment from the beginning. He was very thorough in his inspection of the property and for checking out the related documents. Closing of the property was smooth and Casey Cavell was well prepared to take over the operations of the Mini-Warehouses from day one. Since he has taken over, the occupancy has increased, the revenue has increased and his monthly payments have been on time and never late. It has been a pleasure to know Casey Cavell and I wish him well in all of his endeavors.
